MERCHANDISE REFUND OPTIONS
If the product is undamaged and the package is in proper condition, The WarriorsWaySuperStore.com will refund the exact amount of purchase to the original source of payment. Purchase price will be refunded to the original payment source; i.e., credit card, PayPal, mobile payment app. The refund will be processed on the next business day after the returned item is received.
REFUND OF MERCHANDISE SHIPPING CHARGES
WarriorsWaySuperStore.com refunds shipping charges when the wrong item is shipped or when the received item is damaged or defective.Shipping charges are automatically included with the refund for the product when the email request states the reason for return is due to damage, defect or the wrong item was shipped. Shipping charges are not refunded when there is a change of mind for returning the item.
The WarriorsWaySuperStore.com does not issue refunds for any of its downloadable products.
PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
This is the WarriorsWaySuperStore.com program refund policy. Note that there are two types of WarriorsWay programs: online programs and onsite programs. Each of these are addressed below.
Cancellation of Online or Onsite Programs BEFORE the start date
WarriorsWaySuperStore.com will refund 100% of the program fees up to the day BEFORE the start date of any program, whether it’s online or onsite. Cancel your reserved seat and request a full refund by email to warrior@warriorswaysuperstore.com. State the name of the program, the start date, the reason for cancellation and the amount of tuition to be refunded. The refund will be processed on the next business day to the original source of payment.
Cancellation of Online Programs ON the start date or WITHIN 24 HOURS (one full day) after the start date.
WarriorsWaySuperStore.com will refund 100% of the program fees for any reason through the first day (24-hour period) after the start of the online program. Make a request for refund by email to warrior@warriorswaysuperstore.com. State the name of the program, the start date, the reason for cancellation and the amount of tuition to be refunded. The refund will be processed on the next business day to the original source of payment.
Cancellation of Online Programs AFTER the 24-hour refund window.
WarriorsWaySuperStore.com will consider a pro-rated refund after the 24-hour refund window based on valid reasons such as illness, family emergencies or unanticipated work requirements.
Pro-rated means the average daily program tuition fee will be calculated and the refund will be determined based on the number of days left in the program multiplied by the daily tuition fee. Make a request for a pro-rated refund by email to warrior@warriorswaysuperstore.com. State the name of the program, the start date, and the reason for cancellation. The pro-rated refund will be processed on the next business day to the original source of payment.
Cancellation of Onsite Programs on the start date or during the program.
Because an in-person seat has been reserved that someone else may have filled, full refunds are not considered for any reason and pro-rated refunds will be considered for valid reasons such as illness, family emergencies or unanticipated work requirements.
Note that participants who miss the first day will automatically have one full day of tuition fee deducted from the pro-rated refund. Pro-rated means the average daily program tuition fee will be calculated and the refund will be determined based on the number of days left in the program multiplied by the daily tuition. Make a request for a refund by email to warrior@warriorswaysuperstore.com. State the name of the program, the start date, the total tuition fee, and the reason for cancellation. The pro-rated refund will be processed on the next business day to the original source of payment.
